Welcome to our weekly mindful musings, where we celebrate the things in our lives that we find beautiful, inspiring, and transformative.
Sometimes, when we go through a transition and our outer circumstances change, we may find ourselves in a place where it is difficult to know who we are. So much of our understanding of ourselves is shaped by our surroundings, and holding onto our inner image of who we are through drastic change can be challenging. The question is - in times of upheaval and transformation - how do we rediscover who we are in the world?
When we allow enough quiet and solitude to become close with ourselves, we start to sense our truth. And I do mean that we sense it - we do not create it. Because deep down, we know all along. We know why we initiated this transformation, or we know how we wish to grow from it. Do not let anyone or anything rush you. It is worth the uncertainty. Worth the time. Allow the new you to rise from deep inside.

LA PISCINE (1969):“Set in summertime on the Côte d'Azur, this is such a visceral movie - you can feel the heat rising off the concrete, you can feel the cool pool water as they jump in. The pacing is slow and the sexiness feels real and authentic. It's liberating! Plus the 60’s artwork, furniture, and interior design is haunting my dreams.” - Sophia
